BAD BEAT POT

Qualifying Hands:

1. Bad Beat Jackpots are to be paid out only when players are engaged in real money games. Tournament hands and other types of games do not qualify for the Jackpot.
2. Texas Hold'em: Four of a Kind with a minimum of Jacks or better beaten. In order to qualify, both cards in the hole must be utilized in the winning and losing hands.
3. Both the winning and losing hands must engage in a showdown.
4. There must be a minimum of 3 players dealt into the hand.
5. 3 Aces on the board does not qualify a player for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
6. Players who sit out a hand do not qualify for the Jackpot.
7. In the event of two hands simultaneously qualifying for the Jackpot at the exact same time, the hand with the lower number will be awarded first, and the hand with the higher number will be awarded second based on what is remaining in the Jackpot after the first qualifier has been paid or on a percentage basis of $2,500 (whichever is higher).
8. Each player must participate independently and is prohibited from telling opponents how to behave or reveal their hand to other players at the table. Any player in violation of this rule will be disqualified from the Jackpot for that hand
